The practice of Meditation and the study of the ancient Vision of Oneness have led me to create SYNERGY Healing™. They are the foundations on which this system has been built. It is my goal to bring the ancient teachings of the Eastern Traditions into the Western world by translating the essence of this age-old wisdom into a relevant, accessible and experiential format.
In our restless and stressful world, over-stimulation of the senses keeps our minds in constant activity. Meditation becomes the oasis of stillness where we can reconnect with our Self.
Through the practice of Meditation, we learn to see the mechanism of thoughts and emotions in a new light. We develop the ability to watch and uncover the layers of concepts that keep us identified to a restricted image or persona. Cultivating attention and observation allows us to unravel the threads of our mind’s stories. We become the uninvolved Watcher of this “Life-Story” and we are lead to discover ourselves as a reality far vaster than anything we have ever imagined!
