Yoga Nidra - Guided Deep Relaxation

Through my work and travels I get in touch with many people. The comment I hear most often when I talk about Meditation is: "I can't meditate because I have a very hard time calming my mind or relaxing my body". For those who would like to overcome this difficulty, I have recorded a Guided Deep Relaxation exercise that will help you to settle both, your body and your mind.

Guided Deep Relaxation or Yoga Nidra is a deeply calming practice that will help you to enter Meditation effortlessly. It will lead you through a Guided Deep Relaxation session of 30 minutes, bringing about complete mental, emotional and physical relaxation as well as an increased sense of inner awareness and presence.

These qualities build the foundational skills and power that make transformation possible. Listening to the precise instructions, you will leave the agitation of the waking state and move beyond the dream state into a form of deep sleep that allows you to remain fully alert. The profoundly restorative effect of this practice helps normalize blood pressure and strengthen the immune system. It is a powerful means to release stress and to balance the nervous system while sharpening the ability to focus and providing a new source of sustainable inner energy.
